We offer a special hearth banquet with exquisite earthenware pot mushi made with matsutake mushrooms and Hinai Jidori chicken from Akita prefecture, one of Japan's three major local chickens, and a special broth. You can enjoy a menu unique to Akita to your heart's content, including Akita's specialty kiritanpo, Akita Nishiki beef, and grilled dishes such as spiny lobster, snow crab, shellfish, and sweetfish around the hearth.

We offer seasonal dishes such as earthenware pot steamed Matsutake mushrooms and rice cooked in a pot with plenty of Matsutake and other mushrooms.
