Based on [seasonal kaiseki], this plan is made with Kagawa 's signature olive beef teppanyaki.
It is the birthplace of olive cultivation in Japan and boasts a history of more than 100 years, Kagawa ・ Olives of Shodoshima.
In the warm climate of the Seto Inland Sea, Sanuki beef has been nurtured since ancient times.
The fusion of two histories, Kagawa is the only premium Japanese black beef that has been achieved.
Sanuki beef, which is raised by feeding the prefectural tree and olive pressed fruit, is "olive beef".
Olive beef is characterized by richness, refreshment, tenderness, and health. It is a taste unique to Kagawa that is friendly to both women and children.
