The new program will significantly expand the number of participating facilities from the current 40 Kamenoi Hotels to over 170 MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP facilities across Japan.* This will increase travel choices and make it easier to earn points.
In addition, an official app will be released at the same time, which will provide information on points management, reservation status, discount coupons, and campaigns.With the launch of the new program, the "KAMENOI HOTEL MEMBERS" service will end on May 28, 2025, and all points earned under the current program will be transferred to the new program. About the new program

Now available at over 170 facilities nationwide

You can earn 1 point for every 100 yen (excluding tax) you spend at hotels operated by MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP across the country, from resorts and Hot springs to sightseeing and business in urban areas, as well as in-house restaurants, shops, and other eligible facilities. Accumulated points can be used for payment, with 1 point being equivalent to 1 yen.

When you join, you start at the Silver Stage.
For all stages, if you book through the hotel's official website, you will receive an additional 1% bonus points.
Your membership stage for the following year will be determined based on your accommodation performance during the applicable period (January 1st to December 31st), and the higher your stage, the higher your point earning rate.
In addition, Platinum Stage members can enjoy early check-in* privileges, allowing you to enjoy a higher-class stay at hotels nationwide.

MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP operates over 170 hotels throughout Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa. We are preparing to make the new member program available at Spa Resort Hawaiians, Phoenix Seagaia Resort, and Celavie Resort Izumigo, which will be newly added in 2025.

About "KAMENOI HOTEL MEMBERS" points

With the start of the new loyalty program, the current "KAMENOI HOTEL MEMBERS" program will be terminated and points will be transferred to the new program.
Your points will continue to be redeemable under the new program.
Membership tier progression will be based on points earned between June 1, 2024 and May 26, 2025.

Frequently asked questions about the difference with "KAMENOI HOTEL MEMBERS"

Until when can I use my existing points?

The program period is two years from the date of program transfer, but if you earn points during that period, the expiration date will be extended to two years from the date of earning. In other words, you can avoid points expiring by earning points once every two years through accommodations, restaurant use, etc.

Will the point redemption rate change?

You will still earn 1 point for every 100 yen you spend, and 1 point is equivalent to 1 yen. The reward rate will increase depending on your membership stage.

What are the advantages compared to before?

There are three main benefits:
① The number of participating facilities has increased from 40 to over 170, significantly increasing the opportunities to earn and use points.
2) There are also chances to earn points at restaurants, weddings, etc.
③We offer three membership tiers, with the more you use the card, the greater your cashback rate and the more benefits you'll receive.

What kind of benefits will I receive?

Can I use a members-only promo code?

The promo code that was previously offered to email newsletter subscribers and KAMENOI HOTEL MEMBERS members without a specified period of time will end on May 28, 2025. The official website will continue to offer the lowest prices, which are more affordable than other sites, and members can also earn points. Please log in to make a reservation.

Can I transfer/inherit points from my family members?

Under the new program, points will no longer be transferable to other members.

Can multiple people earn points for one group reservation?

With KAMENOI HOTEL MEMBERS, points were awarded to each member based on the total bill eligible for points per group divided by the number of guests staying in that group. However, under the new program, points for each group reservation will be awarded to the one member who settles the bill.

Can I use my KAMENOI HOTEL MEMBERS membership card?

Yes. You can continue to use your current membership card under the new program. By registering for the new program's membership app, you can easily manage your points and check your benefits.

Will there be bonus points in the future?

Bonus points for KAMENOI HOTEL MEMBERS will end with the launch of GoTo Pass.
GoTo Pass will offer new bonus points, including an official online booking bonus and a member stage bonus.
