○How to use

・ Please be sure to let us know your membership number and name when making a reservation.

・When checking in, please present the membership cards for all members staying at the front desk to the front desk staff and let them know that you would like to receive or use points.

・Please note that if you present your membership card after checking out, you will not be able to receive or use points.

・Points scheduled to be awarded will be added 2 to 3 business days after the check-out date.

・When staying in a group, points will be awarded based on the amount calculated by dividing the amount eligible for points per group by the number of guests in the group (excluding children under elementary school age) (rounded down to the nearest 100 yen).
