For breakfast, you can enjoy fried eggs and simmered dishes baked in the kitchen every morning, as well as local specialty Nagasa rice.
For those who prefer Western food, we also offer bread and salad.

Sanga-yaki sandwich
A local dish of Minami-Boso called "Namero" is grilled and called "Sanga-yaki". The sanga-yaki sandwich is unique to the hotel.
Namero fries
This is a deep-fried version of Chiba's local dish, namero. It is made with miso, ginger, and shiso leaves, and the deep-frying process enhances the flavor even more.
Clam broth udon
Chiba is surrounded by the rich sea, and clams are a particularly beloved local ingredient. We made our udon soup using clam stock.
Local cuisine
We also recommend a sandwich of grilled or fried sanga-yaki.
