A luxurious dish of sea bream marinated in a light, umami white soy sauce and mixed with dashi broth and grated yam. Serve over rice in any amount you like.

Our Hot springs spring is a "sulfur spring" and is recommended when gastrointestinal function is compromised. Diastase contained in radish and citric acid in ume (Japanese apricot) also help the gastrointestinal tract function.
Raw koji detox water
[Recommended after bathing and before entering the bath! ] The quality of the Hot springs springs at our hotel is ``sulfur spring'', which can be expected to be used to treat poor gastrointestinal function. Raw koji also contains digestive enzymes that support the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
