Since ancient times, cherry blossom viewing has been said to be an event to entertain the god of agriculture who resides in the cherry trees and pray for a bountiful harvest in the fall.

Enjoy a beautiful spring moment among the cherry blossoms of the Isuzu River at the Cherry Blossom Festival, a tradition and enjoyment passed down through the generations of Japanese people.

There are stalls selling dumplings, sweet sake, bento boxes and more.

Please sit down in the red moosen chairs and relax.

When the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, the area around the Isuzu River will be lit up from sunset. Enjoy the fantastical cherry blossoms on the surface of the Isuzu River.
