Shima City Tourist Farm (Nemophila and Moss Phlox)

At Shima City Tourist Farm, you can enjoy nemophila and moss pinks.

Starting in April 2023, you will be able to enjoy the blue nemophila flowers as the main attraction, as well as some moss pinks!

Nemophila petals are nearly circular and pale blue in color.

These flowers have a lovely, soft atmosphere and are soothing to look at.

They bloom in clusters that cover the ground, making them look like a carpet of flowers.

By the way, another name for nemophila is "lapis lazuli arabesque" and in English it is called "baby blue eyes."

Please enjoy the vast expanse of flowers planted on the gentle slope.

*Admission fee is 300 yen (free for junior high school students and younger).
