- Shinto Beer We have revived the legendary beer "Kinto Beer" that existed in Kawasaki, Ise during the Meiji period. This is a proud local beer that has won gold medals at international competitions.

Ise udon noodles
Ise udon is a traditional Ise dish with over 400 years of history. Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes, drain the water, transfer to a bowl, and pour the sauce that comes with it over the noodles before serving. The chewy noodles are well coated with the sauce, making this a nostalgic udon dish that is enjoyed by people of all ages, from small children to the elderly.
Ise lobster roasted senbei
These Mie, spiny lobster caught in the sea of Mie, and aosa nori seaweed, and are a product of the "beautiful Mie region." They are thick, satisfying, and luxurious rice crackers.
