Ise Funakoshi Miso Chikuzenni is a local dish from Shizuoka City in which ingredients such as beef tendon, black fish cakes, fish paste, daikon radish, and eggs are all skewered, simmered in a dark broth, and topped with green laver and fish broth powder.
Boiled Shima Arame
This dish is made with real wasabi from Umegashima, the source of the Abe River Shizuoka. Enjoy it on top of warm rice, topped with fluffy bonito flakes and soy sauce.
