Why not try the traditional Kamogawa craft of coloring (Maiwaizome) with your family or partner?

You can color handkerchief-sized pieces of fabric and create your own original design!!
It's the perfect experience to create some memorable memories of your trip.

[What is Manjuzome?]

The birthplace of Mayui is thought to be the Boso Peninsula Chiba, where the custom of making Mayui kimonos began around 1800.

Originally, "Manaiwai" meant a celebration of a good catch, but it gradually came to mean the kimono that a shipowner would hand out to his crew when celebrating a good catch.

It is said that this word has come to be used to refer to something other than the person in question.

The designs of Manju-zome include auspicious motifs such as the crane and turtle, pine, bamboo, plum, and the Seven Lucky Gods, as well as designs of fish caught locally.

Experience date: Saturday, October 26th​ ​/ Saturday, November 30th, held once a month

Experience time: 16: 00-17: 30 (approx.​ ​90 minutes)

Location: 1st floor inside the hotel

Participation fee: 1,900 yen (tax included)
