It has been reborn as a restaurant where guests can experience the rich culinary appeal of Awaji Island with all five senses.
The symbol of the renewal is the soft indirect lighting with the motif of the island's specialty "Awaji onion". Surrounded by the warm light, guests are offered a special dining experience featuring a chef’s creative kaiseki course in the evening and buffet-style dishes in the morning, showcasing the seasonal flavors of Awaji Island.
