Uzunooka Onarutobashi Memorial Park
Located on a hill in the southwest of Awajishima, this hotel opened in 1985, the same year that the Onaruto Bridge was opened. The Awaji Yumebutai Greenhouse, one of the largest in Japan, will be renovated as the "Awaji Green Pavilion" in 2021. Visitors will be able to appreciate not only rare and colorful plants from around the world, but also the diversity of plants that can only be found here, in a variety of presentations. In 2021, the "Botanical Garden of Miracle Planet" will be reopened with a 20-meter-high space designed by architect Tadao Ando.
