Octoba! Fireworks postponement announcement

The "Kuki Suigun Fireworks" event, which was scheduled to be held on Friday, October 31st, has been postponed to the following day, Saturday, November 1st, due to a forecast of heavy rain. The "Octoba! Finale Thanksgiving" event has also been postponed to Friday, November 28th.
