Venison, duck and Akita beef tendon stew

Chinese cabbage, a winter staple, is combined with shottsuru sauce and crab meat in this local dish. The beef tendon stew uses Akita beef, a brand of beef. Game dishes include venison stew and venison shank with ponzu sauce. The specialty kiritanpo hotpot is also recommended.

For breakfast, we offer a buffet of around 60 Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes, including "Damakko (rice balls)," a local dish of rice seasoned with the gentle broth of Hinai-jidori chicken, Inaniwa udon, and an original menu of fried chicken seasoned with shottsuru, which is a favorite of children.If you are coming by car, please remember to put on your winter tires.
