At Ando Brewery, which boasts 170 years of tradition, you can tour the soy sauce storehouse and the quaint library storehouse, which are usually closed to the public.
After the tour, you will have the chance to try different additive-free, naturally brewed soy sauces and compare them with cold tofu. You will also receive an original soy sauce bottle with your name on it as a souvenir.

Suzuki Sake Brewery has been making sake in Akita for over 320 years. You can tour the sake brewery and the elegant library. You can sample three types of sake and premium sake that you can't usually taste. In addition, we will provide you with a 180ml can with an original label as a souvenir.
