Terms of Use	This offer is available to guests staying with a one-night stay plan that includes breakfast/except for rooms without meals.

During the above target period, we will be holding a Christmas fair where you can use the "Tazawako Soaring Pork Log Prosciutto Plate" and "Over 10 Kinds of Desserts" as part of the regular dinner buffet.

 

 

 

 

All-you-can-eat "prosciutto plate" made from locally raised Tazawako pastured pigs purchased from logs and sliced and cooked at dinner!

 

 

 

There are also over 10 kinds of mini desserts available for all-you-can-eat, including strawberry and matcha cupcakes, mini tiramisu, and purple sweet potato tart!

 

 

 

The winter dinner buffet includes local dishes made with prefectural ingredients such as "smoked duck and prefectural apple compote, nagaimo and Tazawako special rainbow trout honeydew stew, braised radish and Akita beef tendon", game menus such as "deer shank ponzu sauce and fried venison tatsuta", and chocolate fountains.
