KAMENOI HOTEL TSUKUBASAN Grand Opening
"Kamenoi Hotel Mount Tsukuba" will have its grand opening on July 6, 2024.
KAMENOI HOTEL TSUKUBASAN (Ibaraki) is easily Access by train from the city center and is about 90 minutes by car from central Tokyo.
It is located on the middle slope of Mount Tsukuba, which has a low altitude among the 100 famous mountains of Japan and can be easily climbed regardless of the season.
You can enjoy visiting Tsukuba-san Shrine, one of the power spots in northern Kanto, and hiking in the natural surroundings.
This area has become extremely popular with foreign tourists in recent years, and the hotel offers a panoramic view of the majestic Kanto Plain, allowing you to enjoy the relaxing Hot springs along with the spectacular views.

The open-air bath on the top floor of the hotel has been renovated. When the weather is fine, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Kanto Plain, Mt. Fuji, and the Nikko mountain range.

Inside the store, a Nebuta float for the local festival "Matsuri Tsukuba" was created by a Nebuta artist from Aomori.
In addition to Hitachi beef yaki-shabu, mushroom hotpot made with locally grown mushrooms, and mountain and sea rice bowls made with locally grown ingredients, you can also enjoy a comparison of different types of natto for breakfast.
