One of the local dishes of Nara. A stew with plenty of ingredients, including taro, daikon, and carrots. It is a vegetarian dish that uses kelp and dried shiitake mushroom soaked water as the soup stock.

Red miso made from multi-malt rice has been handed down since ancient times in the Yamato region of Nara. This miso soup is familiar to Nara and uses miso that has been aged for over a year.

This potato salad is made with "Ee eggs" from Takemura Poultry Farm, which are raised in a place surrounded by nature on almost 360 degrees by the Yoshino River. This potato salad uses plenty of sweet and rich eggs. You can eat it as is, or put it between bread. It's a dish that lets you feel nature in the morning.
