Due to telephone equipment upgrade work, the following times will be affected:

The hotel's telephone will be temporarily unavailable.

We apologize for any inconvenience and trouble this may cause our customers.

Regarding phone support on the day of the event:

Tuesday, October 7th, around 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

■Regarding contact during telephone service disruption

If you call the hotel during the phone outage period,

You will be transferred to our head office call center.

You can also contact us through the inquiry form on our official website.

After the construction is complete, you can use the telephone as usual.
