If you make a reservation with advance payment through a travel agency or hotel reservation site, as a general rule, the agency will issue the receipt, and the hotel will not be able to issue an invoice.

Examples of partial issuance

About Hot springs and public baths
For guests staying overnight, bath towels will be provided in your room, so please bring them with you when using the public bath.
Please note that you can use this service if your tattoo is not visible to other customers due to a sticker that hides it.

The public bath is open from 10:30 to 24:00 and from 5:00 to 9:00.
- The public bath will be closed from 9:00 am to 10:30 am during cleaning time, so you will not be able to use it.

- A day use fee will be charged for bathing before check-in and after check-out.
The baths in the rooms are not Hot springs, but are all boiled water.

Amenities such as yukata, bath towels, towels, slippers, and toothbrushes are provided in Guest rooms.
