Alcohol in Tochigi
Tochigi is a place where the Nikko mountain range, the Nasu volcanic belt, and the Yamizo mountain range are located, and the refreshing 'water' protected by these vast forests is born. Water is lifeblood for sake brewing. Using delicious water protected by the mountains, renowned sake masters and technicians brew sake with their heartfelt expertise.

Japanese confectionery shop Kamiya “Hot springs Manju”
Kamiya Confectionery Shop is a local Japanese sweets shop in Kitsuregawa that has been in business since 1885. Sweets made with homemade bean paste made from carefully selected Hokkaido azuki beans, including our specialty Onsen manju, have added delicious flavors to local people's moments of relaxation.
The Hot springs manju sold at our shop is made that very morning. Please be sure to enjoy the unique texture of freshly made.
Ayu products from Myojo Fishery Production Association
Myojo Fisheries Cooperative was founded in 1971 by the previous generation, captivated by the groundwater of the Nasu River system. Their farmed ayu (sweetfish) are free of the muddy taste often associated with freshwater fish, and have firm flesh and rich flavor. The ayu are carefully raised and processed and sold in-house, with a focus on no additives and meticulous attention to detail.
