``Kinsen-yaki'' sold only at Arima Hot springs. Kinsen-yaki is a light and sweet Tokachi red bean paste wrapped in a soft mochi, dipped in soy sauce and baked to a golden color. You can also enjoy the aroma of scorched rice.
