Freshly baked in the live kitchen. It features a natural sweetness and apple aroma made from Aomori apple juice added to the egg mixture. Please pour honey infused with apples and enjoy.
Iwaizumi Yogurt
This yogurt is made from carefully selected raw milk and fermented at low temperatures for a long time. It is carefully fermented at a low temperature of 33-35°C for three to four times longer than regular yogurt. It has a chewy, sticky texture. It is additive-free and features the rich, deep flavor of raw milk.
