head chefIn the field of "food," which supports people's health and daily vitality, various cooking methods have been devised with the times, but no matter how good the ingredients are, it is not enough. I believe in cooking from the heart, and I will use local ingredients to provide them to the many guests who come to "KAMENOI HOTEL Aomori Makado." I would like to aim to provide food that meets the customers' desires and satisfies them. This is my greatest wish, having lived my life with food.
