Dandanmen the special chili oil, which has the aromatic flavor of roasted sesame seeds and spices such as Chinese pepper and Sichuan bean sauce.
Black sesame noodles with roasted sesame, ground sesame, kneaded sesame, and plenty of fragrant black sesame, spiced with soy bean shoyu and spices.
The flavor of fragrant roasted sesame seeds and the creamy richness and aroma of sesame seeds based on spices such as flower pepper are the decisive factor.

head chefToday, in the field of food, which supports people's health and daily vitality, a variety of cooking methods are being considered as the times change, but no matter how good the ingredients are, it's not enough. I believe in cooking from the heart, and I will make use of local ingredients to serve the many guests who visit Kamenoi Hotel Aomori Makado. We aim to provide the food that our customers want and are satisfied with. This is my greatest wish as I have lived with food.
