``Koshiyamamochi'' is a mochi confectionery filled with moist white bean paste made from gyuhi paste that has been carefully kneaded for two hours.
It has a soft texture and melts in your mouth, and the sprinkling of Wasanbon sugar from Shikoku brings out the flavor. It is a small-sized confectionery that represents Yanagawa and is loved as a tea sweet.

Fukuoka Ariake Nori products
Taking advantage of the 6m tidal difference in the Ariake Sea in Fukuoka, seaweed is grown in such a way that at high tide the seaweed is submerged in the sea and absorbs the rich nutrients brought in from rivers, and at low tide it emerges into the air and dries. This produces a soft and sweet seaweed that contains a lot of amino acids, which are the umami ingredients, and is characterized by its strong flavor and aroma.
