A buffet restaurant combining the convention hall, which was the main Food venue, and the adjacent banquet hall has opened on December 28, 2024. The venue expresses the "fusion of local food and nature" with an art mural based on Akita Komagatake, the symbol of Tazawako Plateau, making the local nature feel more familiar. |

| The live kitchen, decorated in a chic black color scheme, offers freshly made beef steaks with Japonaise sauce and mountain wasabi, tempura of flying fish and local vegetables, and nigiri sushi.

Fermentation culture: wisdom passed down in areas with heavy snowfall

| With the restaurant's renovation, the dinner and breakfast menus have been updated to reflect the local Akita culture. From December to February, we are adding Tatsuta-age (fried venison) to our game dishes, and offering a dish of "Japanese parsley and Chinese cabbage" seasoned with Akita's fish sauce, which gives a hint of the coming of winter.
