A buffet restaurant combining the convention hall, which was the main Food venue, and the adjacent banquet hall has opened on December 28, 2024. The venue expresses the "fusion of local food and nature" with an art mural based on Akita Komagatake, the symbol of Tazawako Plateau, making the local nature feel more familiar. |
The live kitchen, decorated in a chic black color scheme, offers freshly made beef steaks with Japonaise sauce and mountain wasabi, tempura of flying fish and local vegetables, and nigiri sushi.

With the restaurant renovation, we are now offering dinner and breakfast menus that reflect the local Akita culture.

・Okariba-yaki made with Akita miso "Okariba-yaki" is made by grilling chicken thigh meat, chicken wings, and meatballs on a hoba leaf using Okariba miso, which is made with Akita miso, which is high in rice koji, a unique ingredient in the rice-producing region of Akita, and is seasoned with Japanese pepper, sake, and brown sugar.

・Sushi with red vinegar rice The menu includes tuna and kombu-jime nigiri sushi, served with rice made from Akita Komachi rice grown in Akita Prefecture and a blend of red vinegar and kelp-flavored white vinegar, as well as original rolled sushi with tonburi and gakko.

・A dish of Akita yellow soybeans "Ryuho" Hummus, a Mediterranean home-style dish made with Akita Prefecture-grown yellow soybeans called "ryuho," a nutritious, high-quality vegetable protein, is a "health and beauty promotion menu" that is expected to be effective in improving constipation and preventing rough skin.
