At Ando Brewery, which boasts 170 years of tradition, you can tour the soy sauce storehouse and the quaint library storehouse, which are usually closed to the public.
After the tour, you will have the chance to try different additive-free, naturally brewed soy sauces and compare them with cold tofu. You will also receive an original soy sauce bottle with your name on it as a souvenir.

This is a record of the travels of Hachirotaro, who still resides in Akita Prefecture, on his way to meet Princess Tatsuko.
The former Semboku-shi will talk about the intersection of folk tales and reality in a warm Akita dialect accompanied by video footage.
