"Kamenoi Original"
We have been making wooden barrels for 145 years.
Special tour of vinegar brewery
This is a plan exclusive to Kamenoi Hotel that allows you to tour the vinegar brewery, which is usually not open to the public. While watching traditional vinegar brewing in wooden barrels made from Kumano cedar, you can sample the underground water from the Nachi Mountains, which is also used in the vinegar brewing process. Those who participate in this plan will receive a 300ml bottle of vinegar as a bonus. You can choose your favorite bottle from three types of vinegar.
*The gift is for those in junior high school or above.
