Blue Beach Nachihama
A swimming beach located next to JR Nachi Station, offering excellent access. Facing the Kumano-nada Sea, its vast white sandy shore stretches approximately 800 meters, making it one of the largest beaches in Wakayama Prefecture.
Its beautiful scenery and water quality have been recognized and it has been selected as one of the Ministry of the Environment's "100 Best Swimming Beaches."
Many people visit the adjacent grassy park to enjoy strolling and relaxing.
A fireworks display is also scheduled for August 11th, which can be viewed from the hotel Guest rooms.

Kujirahama Beach
Taiji's Kujirahama Beach is a unique beach where you can come into contact with nature. It is especially known as a beach where you can encounter whales, and you can have the rare experience of interacting with whales while enjoying swimming in the sea.
Between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., the whales leave their enclosure and swim around the beach.

Onigajo Castle
Onigajo Castle in Kumano City is a natural wonder facing the Kumano Sea at the southern tip of the Kii Peninsula, and is registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the World Heritage Site "Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range." The approximately 1.2 km coastline lined with sea caves and oddly shaped rocks carved out by rough waves offers visitors an overwhelming sense of power and beauty.

Kumano Fireworks Festival
The Kumano Fireworks Festival is scheduled to be held at Shichiri-Mihama Beach in Kumano City, Mie. Approximately 10,000 fireworks will be launched, including spectacular effects such as a three-foot fireworks shell detonated at sea and a large-scale display utilizing Onigajo Castle.

Katsuura Fishing Port is the number one fishing port in Japan for fresh tuna landings (longline fishing method). We have created a plan that includes a guided tour so you can learn about the auctions at the fresh tuna market in a fun way!
You can watch the rare and spectacular auction with an official guide. You can also learn why raw tuna from Kii Katsuura is so delicious.
