[Important] Apology for Hot springs suspension due to malfunction of the Hot springs pump pump in the large public bath on the 1st floor

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of KAMENOI HOTEL Kujukuri.
Recently, a mechanical trouble has occurred with the hot water pump that is pumping Hot springs, and the supply of Hot springs is currently suspended.
We are conducting investigations and repair work by professional contractors to restore the facility, but it is expected to take some time for now.
Until restoration, the reclining bath and open-air bath on the first floor will not be available, but the large bathtub will continue to operate with boiling water.
Please note that the Hot springs and observation bath on the 10th floor are available for use as usual.
