Generally, apples are harvested and shipped before they are fully ripe, but for Sakura-shi apples, we are committed to being "fully ripe on the tree" as much as possible.

That's why it's packed with flavor and lets you really taste the apple's natural flavor.

Furthermore, "leaf-on" apples, which are grown in their natural state without removing the leaves, develop into apples with concentrated nutrients and delicious flavor.

Apples with uneven coloring on the surface, which are often avoided when they appear on market shelves, are actually proof that they grew freely in the wild!

Takagi-san, who loves apples so much, can't stop talking about them once she starts.

Mr. Takagi has been growing apples for 44 years. He strictly adheres to the methods of "no bagging (which makes them more susceptible to damage, but allows them to receive more sunlight, resulting in sweeter and more delicious apples)," "tree-ripening," and "leaving the leaves on," achieving a sweetness level of 17 to 21 degrees Brix.
