A refreshing jelly that boasts a balance of sweetness and sourness, using New Summer orange, a specialty of Higashi-Izu, and Izu deep ocean water. This is a delicious dish that can be enjoyed not only chilled, but also frozen. It is a handheld type and is perfect as a casual souvenir.

A cute looking chocolate individually wrapped with a pattern that combines mandarin oranges, strawberries, and wasabi with white chocolate. The cardboard box packaging gives you the feeling of being delivered directly from the farm.

This salt is made using a unique old-fashioned method from seawater collected at a time when the minerals contained in seawater are maximized due to the gravitational pull of the moon and the earth. It goes well with steak and sashimi. It is also served at the restaurant.
