Spring recommendation: "Suigo Itako Iris Festival"
- Notice from the hotel
The park, which stretches from the mouth of the Maekawa River that flows into the Kitatone River, is home to approximately 1 million irises (Japanese irises) of about 500 varieties, all in full bloom.
The "Suigo Itako Iris Festival" is a historic event held every year from late May to late June.
The flowers bloom beautifully in a variety of colors, from white, purple, and yellow, from early-blooming to late-blooming varieties. During the festival, visitors can also enjoy a "bridal boat" procession and a "rowboat cruise."

[Suigo Itako Iris Garden Light-up]
You can see irises in a different, more magical way than during the daytime.
With the bridge lit up, the gentle light reflecting on the river surface and the quiet atmosphere of the park,
It's a place of healing that only those who visit can truly understand.
[During the Iris Festival] Every day from 18:30 to 22:00
Approximately 15 minutes by car from the hotel.
