Our hotel group has launched a new loyalty program. This new system replaces the previous "KAMENOI HOTEL MEMBERS" program, which was available at 40 Kamenoi Hotels, and now covers over 170 MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP facilities*, greatly expanding your travel options.

Thank you for your patronage of our hotel. Due to a malfunction of the facility that occurred on May 12th, the open-air bath in the large hot spring bath has been unavailable since the 12th. Our hotel is divided into four buildings: the Main Building, South Wing, North Wing, and East Wing. When reserving multiple rooms, we cannot accommodate rooms close to each other if they are in different buildings, so please consider reserving rooms in the same building. We also offer the North Wing Deluxe Japanese-Western Room and the North Wing Deluxe Room with View Bath.
