For breakfast, enjoy a comparison of Akita's local cuisine and branded rice at this buffet featuring a mix of Japanese, Western and Chinese cuisine with around 50 varieties! There are plenty of dishes to go with your rice, including the local cuisine "Iburi-gakko and Bakke miso" served in a traditional crafted magewappa, a cold lemon carbonara from the "Hot springs Health Link Menu" that is expected to enhance the effects of Hot springs, an apple and black vinegar drink, and "Red Sea Bream Kamenoi-zuke with Yamakake," which is sea bream marinated in white soy sauce and topped with grated yam with dashi stock!
