Regarding wearing masks inside hotels after March 13, 2023

Thank you for your continued patronage of facilities operated by MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP.

Since 2020, MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP has been asking our guests to wear masks while staying in our hotels to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Based on the latest government policy, from March​ ​13, 2023 onwards, wearing a mask inside the hotel will be left to the "guest's own discretion." We ask that you please respect each other's independent decisions.

The wearing of masks by hotel staff will be ``optional'' for the time being, respecting individual judgment.

For those of us involved in customer service, we are very happy that after three years of working while wearing masks, we are finally able to welcome customers with a smile, which is the basis of the service industry. However, at this time, we ask for your understanding that this decision has been made in light of the fact that there are many different ways of thinking about putting on and taking off masks.
