Nagatoro's cherry blossoms are a famous spot that has been selected as one of "Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom Viewing Spots."
There are over 3,000 cherry trees planted around Nagatoro, allowing visitors to enjoy various types of cherry blossoms from late March to late April.

Hitsujiyama Park's Shibazakura Hill is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
In spring in Chichibu, the vast grounds of Hitsujiyama Park are covered in a fluffy carpet of flowers: moss phlox.

The Shibazakura Festival is scheduled to be held from April 3rd (Friday) to May 6th (Wednesday), 2026.
Over 400,000 moss phlox plants, one of the largest displays in the Kanto region, will be in full bloom.
It's about a 40-minute drive from the hotel.
● "Kanaoyama" Azalea Festival
Every year from mid-April to early May, the park is filled with approximately 5,000 azalea bushes in full bloom.
The climb from the parking lot to the summit of Mt. Kanao is easy, and from the observation deck you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Chichibu Mountains and the Kanto Plain.

The peak blooming season is from mid-April to early May, and the "Kanaoyama Azalea Festival" is held during this period.
