The live kitchen offers freshly made rice balls with a choice of six different fillings, as well as piping hot dishes such as Joshu oyaki made with mountain ingredients and grilled Joshu vegetables!
You can also enjoy a taste comparison of five types of eggs carefully selected by the chef, a soy sauce bar with around 20 different options to choose from to suit your taste, local cuisine such as okkirikomi and stewed Akagi chicken, as well as other Joshu gourmet dishes.
