A crunchy, sweet and salty rice cracker with a nostalgic feel. We use plenty of green seaweed from Kochi. The moment you put it in your mouth, the flavor of green seaweed spreads through your mouth. Niyodogawa Special Honjozo Sake/ Kochi Sake Brewery
The clear Niyodo River flows in front of our hotel. It is popularly known as "Niyodo Blue" or "Miracle Clear Stream" because of its beautiful blue water surface and high transparency. A local sake brewer in the town of Ino-cho, Kochi Sake Brewery, brews sake in the Niyodo River system.
The most popular special honjozo sake from the ``Sake Niyodogawa'' produced by the rich nature has a deep and refreshing quality that brings out the flavor of the water. It has a really refreshing taste and you won't get tired of drinking it. Although it is popular as a sake in Oranku, it is difficult to obtain it outside of the local area. Please try our delicious locally produced sake at least once.
