The new plum wine "Umeshu Nouveau" will be released on November 21, 2025!

This is authentic plum wine made using Nankou plums from Wakayama region.

The plums harvested in June are macerated in tanks on the same day, and after a period of around six months, the plums are removed when the flavor has been fully extracted.

Regular plum wine is aged for six months to a year after the plums are removed, but "Umeshu Nouveau" is sold immediately after the plums are removed, and you can enjoy a youthful, refreshing taste and a fruity aroma that is different from that of aged plum wine.

This is a limited edition sake that allows you to enjoy the original flavor of plums that can only be enjoyed at this time of year, something that cannot be enjoyed after the aging process.

It will be available to enjoy in our restaurant from November 21st.
