This time it's part 1, Sanuki udon. This is a local gourmet dish representing Kagawa, also known as Udon Prefecture.

At our hotel, you can enjoy a breakfast buffet.

This is sometimes available at self-service udon restaurants in Kagawa, but the style is that you warm up the udon balls and drain them yourself.
