Olive beef teppanyaki upgrade plan
Based on the "Seto no Aya Plan", this plan includes teppanyaki olive beef that Kagawa Prefecture is proud of.
Olives from Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture are the birthplace of olive cultivation in Japan and boast a history of more than 100 years.
In the warm climate of the Seto Inland Sea, Sanuki beef has been nurtured since ancient times.
The fusion of two histories has created a premium Japanese black beef that can only be achieved in Kagawa Prefecture.
Sanuki beef, which is raised by feeding the prefectural tree and olive pressed fruit, is "olive beef".
Olive beef is characterized by richness, refreshment, tenderness, and health. It is a taste unique to Kagawa that is friendly to both women and children.
