Recommended autumn spot: Hitachi Seaside Park / Kochia

The kochia plants at Hitachi Seaside Park begin to change color from their summer green to red from late September to early October.

They turn a vibrant crimson (bright red) and are at their peak viewing season.

The ever-changing colors from day to day, and the way they turn the "Miharashi Hill" within the park bright red when they reach their peak bloom,

It's truly a spectacular view.

Hitachi Seaside Park is about a 70-minute drive from the hotel.

[Kochia Light-up]
At night, the vibrant scenery created by approximately 40,000 kochia plants, enhanced by sound and illumination, offers a breathtaking view that is quite different from that of the daytime.
