Regarding wearing masks inside hotels after March 13, 2023

Thank you for using facilities operated by MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP. Since 2020, MYSTAYS HOTEL GROUP has asked our guests to wear masks while staying at our hotels in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In accordance with the government's policy, from March 1, 2023, we will be requiring guests to wear masks.

Regarding suspension of private baths

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Kamenoi Hotel Ichinoseki. Due to various circumstances, we have decided to stop offering private baths as of January 2023. (We are currently not accepting new reservations.) We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
