Kurogane yokan set
Kitakyushu, the iron town. A famous confectionery that has been popular since the Taisho era as a nutritional supplement for the steel workers at the government-run Yawata Steel Works. It is characterized by the sweetness and deep flavor made using caster sugar.

Kitakyushu lemon sour base
Made with lemons harvested in Wakamatsu Ward, Kitakyushu-shi. The red color, colored with purple sweet potato pigment, is inspired by the Wakato Bridge, a symbol of Kitakyushu that connects Wakamatsu Ward and Tobata Ward. We recommend a ratio of 1 part lemon sour base to 4 parts carbonated water.
Akamoku Dressing
A healthy dressing made with ``Akamoku'', a brown algae similar to wakame and kelp.
It goes well with salads as well as carpaccio.

Comics & Visual Art Gallery
Kitakyushu-shi flourished as a huge industrial city with an international port, and is a "cultural crossroads" where diverse cultures interact. Manga artists from all over the country have gathered here, and many famous manga artists have come from Kitakyushu. With this background, we have established a "Comic & Visual Art Gallery" so that guests staying at our hotel can enjoy Kitakyushu's proud history and manga.
