Gyorokke
Croquettes made with minced fish. We provide Gyoro-kke sourced from Ota Shoten in Tsukumi City, Oita, the original home of Gyoro-kke. Packed with plenty of fish and fresh vegetables, it's both tasty and nutritious!
Ryukyuu
This is a local Oita dish of fresh fish fillets marinated in sauce and tossed with sesame seeds. It goes great with hot rice! Please give it a try.
Hot springs Water Jelly
This jelly is made using Hot springs water from Beppu and has a refreshing citrus flavor.
Steamed dish
"Hell Steaming" is a method of steaming food using Hot springs steam. Seasonal vegetables, pork belly, chicken, and more are steamed until soft and fluffy. Please enjoy the steamed dishes that are unique to Beppu.
Prefectural Chirimen Porridge
This porridge is made using dried baby sardines, a specialty of Beppu, and is perfect for breakfast.
