BEPPU BOLD KITCHEN
Jigoku-mushi (steaming in hell) is a cooking method that has been popular since the Edo period and is unique to Onsen Prefecture (Beppu). The flavor of the ingredients is concentrated as they are steamed with steam. The original flavor of the ingredients is brought out to the maximum.
Beppu Hot springs You can enjoy a "jigoku-mushi" buffet, which is reminiscent of the "jigoku-mushi" buffet in Japan. You can also enjoy the chef's live kitchen and a variety of local shochu.

Nighttime Dandan Noodles
Free service limited to half-board customers
The "Jigoku Meguri Yonaki Dandanmen" is a free service available only for those who apply for the half-board plan. Fuji for the mountains, Setouchi for the sea, and Beppu for the hot water." The present KAMENOI HOTEL BEPPU was founded by the father of tourism, Aburaya Kumahachi, who is famous for Beppu offering three different hells (flavors): red, black, and white, which are offered monthly. The original Dandanmen is finished with Hong Kong noodles, which are thin but firm in texture. It is up to you to decide what kind of hell you would like to try. Enjoy the "Nighttime Tour of Hell."

Dandanmen the special chili oil, which has the aromatic flavor of roasted sesame seeds and spices such as Chinese pepper and Sichuan bean sauce.
Black sesame noodles with roasted sesame, ground sesame, kneaded sesame, and plenty of fragrant black sesame, spiced with soy bean shoyu and spices.
The flavor of fragrant roasted sesame seeds and the creamy richness and aroma of sesame seeds based on spices such as flower pepper are the decisive factor.
