Drive about 18km to the Natsudomari Peninsula near Oshima

The Natsudomari Peninsula juts out into Mutsu Bay. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy the outdoors with beaches, fishing ponds for children, and golf courses. Oshima is also a popular fishing spot, and you can easily rent a boat to enjoy fishing. |

There is a bridge across the tip of the Natsudomari Peninsula, which can be crossed even at high tide, and once you cross it you will arrive at Oshima. Oshima has a rocky coastline and an area of about 20 hectares. There is a lighthouse at the tip of the island, from which you can get a panoramic view of the entire Mutsu Bay. As parts of the coast are sheer cliffs, it is not possible to walk around the island, but the view of the coast from a boat is very beautiful. |
