| The archaeological site in the Oyu district is registered as one of the World Cultural Heritage sites 'Jomon Ruins of Hokkaido and Northeastern Tohoku. Kazuno-shi' |
| Numerous pottery, stone tools, and clay figurines have been unearthed within the historical site, and structures and artifacts related to rituals and prayers have also been discovered, leading to the belief that the Oyu Stone Circle was a place where rituals were performed. |
| At the Oyu Stone Circle Museum, you can enjoy displays of valuable excavated artifacts, as well as digital content such as 4K video and holograms. |

| Lake Towada continues to preserve the beautiful flow of the Oirase Gorge. As the third deepest lake in Japan with a maximum depth of approximately 327m, it offers seasonal scenery such as fresh greenery, autumn leaves, and snow-capped mountains. |
| On your way along National Route 103, you'll find Nanataki Falls in Kosaka Town, which is selected as one of Japan's Top 100 Waterfalls, and the Towada Lake Roadside Station, which opened in October 2024, so be sure to stop by there as well. |
