Enjoy a relaxing moment amidst the nature of Kita-Akita, with trick art inspired by Akita Ranga motifs and a shop stocked with specialty products from Tohoku.

We exhibit works based on Akita Ranga, a painting method founded by Edo period samurai Naotake Odano, as well as artworks based on scenic spots in Akita Prefecture. Naotake Odano is known as the person who drew the illustrations for Kaitai Shinsho.

●Visitors are free to view the exhibits.

●There are also puzzles hidden in the work, and those who answer all the questions correctly will receive a gift.

Storyteller “An evening of old tales”

``Old Tales Evening'' where storytellers tell stories in the local dialect about folk tales and legends passed down in the Kazuno region.
The event is held in the 1st floor lobby on certain days of the week. Please listen to it to remember your visit to this place.

*From December to March, the schedule will be every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
